Crispy chicken thighs

Who doesn't like chicken legs ? The most coveted and disputed parts of the chicken at the table with this recipe will be even more so! The chicken legs are wrapped in a special breading prepared with yellow polenta, as an alternative to breadcrumbs, and flavored with aromatic herbs and spices that make the chicken even more appetizing.
When cooked in a pan, the outside will be crunchy while the inside will remain tender and soft. Crispy chicken legs are a dish for all seasons, enjoy them with a fresh salad or baked vegetables .

HOW TO MAKE CRISPY CHICKEN LEGS

To prepare crispy chicken legs, start by eliminating the fattest parts 1, place the thighs in a bowl and grease them with the olive oil 2to make the breading adhere better. Now devote yourself to the breading: chop the rosemary and thyme3

and put the mince in a large bowl, add the sweet paprika, the yellow mustard powder 4, lemon zest 5 and that of the orange 6.

Add the yellow polenta 7, garlic powder 8, salty 9, pepper and stir to mix the breading.

Take back the chicken legs and make cuts lengthwise 10to better absorb the aromas. Pass the thighs in the breading making it adhere on all sides11 then place the thighs on a tray 12.

STORAGE

They can be kept in the fridge for a maximum of two days covered but freezing is not recommended because they will lose their crunchiness.
