Shahi Tukray Recipe


 Ingredients

 One Liter of milk

 4 slices of bread

 Cardamom 4 pieces

 Finely chopped almonds 15 16

 80 grams of sugar

 Oil

 Stages

1. Put the milk in the pan and put it on the stove and when it boils, add cardamom and put it on normal heat for cooking.

2. On the other hand, put oil in a frying pan and cut each slice of bread into four squares and fry until the shells turn brown. Remove to a plate.

3. Now put half chopped almonds in the milk and cook the milk more

4. When the milk is half left, add sugar and cook for another ten minutes

5. Now let the milk cool down a bit.  When it cools down, place the slices in a dish and add milk with a spoon so that the slices dip. Top with almonds and refrigerate to cool.  Delicious royal pieces are ready
