METHOD:
1- Khashkhash ko raat bhar bigho kr rakhyn.
2- Ab isy nithaar kr thora paani shaamil kr ky grind kr lyn.
3- Phir hari piyaaz ka hara aur safaid hissa alag kaat kr rakh dyn.
4- Is ky baad pan main Oil garam kr ky hari piyaz ka safaid hissa sotey kr lyn.
5- Ab is main lehsun, pisi laal mirch, namak, dhaniya aur haldi shaamil kryn.
6- Phir is main tamatar daal kr bhoonyn .
7- Jab masala bhun jaye to is main hari piyaaz ka hara hissa shaamil kryn.
8- Is ky baad isy 2 minute dam dyn.
9- aakhir main hara dhaniya aur hari mirch chirak kr serve kryn.
