Masala Batair recipe by Chef Zakir. This delightful Main Course recipe of Masala Batair can be ready in approximately 30 Minutes and is good to serve around 2-4 People. Follow all the steps recommended by Chef to get a perfect dish.  Hide

 INGREDIENTS

Quails 6
Yogurt 125 gm
Turmeric 1 tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Allspice powder 1 tsp
Nutmeg mace powder ½ tsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Onion chopped 1
Tomatoes boiled  2
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Oil 3 tbsp
Salt to taste

 METHOD

Blend together 125 gm yogurt, 1 onion, 2 boiled chopped tomatoes, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp allspice powder, ½ tsp nutmeg mace powder, 2 tbsp coriander leaves and salt to taste.
Heat 3 tbsp oil in a wok, add 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and saut̩ for a few seconds, then add in quails and fry for 3 Р4 minutes.
Now add yogurt paste and mix very well. Cover and cook for 3 – 4 minutes.
Remove lid, turn the flame high, fry very well till water is evaporated.
Now dish it out and serve with boiled rice or roti.
